On this 4 Days Lake Nakuru Wildlife Safari trip, you will visit Lake Nakuru as well as Lake Nakuru National Park. Detailed itinerary

Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi to Lake Nakuru

Early in the morning, you will drive to Lake Nakuru national park. You will have a game drive in the park were you will view abundant of wildlife species, these include; lions, leopards, the hyenas and many more carnivores like the antelopes, impalas, gazelles, waterbucks, dikdiks etc. The park also has many of the sizeable population of the Rothschild’s giraffe, which is a rare species of the western Kenya’s ecosystem. Here the major highlights of the park include; the flamingos and many other birds.You will stay at Mali Saba Camp which is outside the park.

Day 2: Transfer from Nakuru to Masai Mara

Have breakfast and after drive to the floors and to the western escarpments of the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara and you will arrive in time of Lunch at Olmoran Tented camp. You will rest in the afternoon and proceed later for a game drive in the game reserve, view African wilderness animals. Do a game viewing through the rolling hills and the open plains of the eastern part of the park in search for more animals until sun set. Return to your camp for dinner and an overnight.

Day 3: Have a game drive in Masai Mara

You will have a whole day game drive in the Mara, and enjoy many animals including the big five i.e. the lions, leopards, elephants, Buffalos and the Rhinos. Mara has also got many other species of wild animals as well and these include the Giraffes, Zebras, hippos, baboons, wildebeest, warthog, the Gazelles birds and the crocodiles. You will have lunch as you prepare for an optional evening visit to Masai village to learn about the dances and the culture of the Masai community. Dinner and Overnight Ol Moran Camp.

Day 4: Transfer from Masai Mara national park to Nairobi

You will also proceed for an early morning game drive and get an opportunity to catch up with the activity of the nocturnal and the semi nocturnal animals. Return to the camp in order to prepare for departure; and this will mark the end of your Lake Nakuru Wildlife Safari.
